Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ is °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡'s talent management platform with opportunities for learning and professional development all in one place. Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ uses Cornerstone's platform, one of CUPA-HR's preferred providers for talent management software.

Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ contains the following modules. All of the modules are integrated to provide the best employee experience possible.

• Performance Management System
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Succession Planning
• Compensation

Cost and Eligibility:

All active employees at the °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ are eligible to use Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ (Cornerstone) for performance planning at no cost.

Adjunct Faculty have access to Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ if they are in a current active job. When you return into an active job, your access to Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ will be re-instated and all your previous trainings, and training history will be available.Ìý

How do I start using Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡?

Login to my.du.edu and select Talent@°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ under employee tools widget.
