Dear °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ community members,

Ìý

Happy holiday season! I hope every °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ community member is closing this year buoyed by a profound sense of pride. Because—during this season and always—°ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ serves the public good, in ways big and small, as an institution and as individuals. Ìý

I am so grateful to you for this work. Every day, I see our wonderful students, faculty, staff, and alumni working to make the world a better place for all. Whether it be reaching out a hand to help a friend during First Ascent Weekend, researching ways to address complex societal challenges, advancing knowledge of the world and ourselves, funding a scholarship or program or opening a local business to give back to our beautiful city, at °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡, serving the public good is our constant north star.

I can’t wait to see where °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡â€™s passion and curiosity take us in 2023. I wish for every °ÄÃÅÓéÀÖ³¡ community member in this bustling, joyful season, plenty of time for rest and connection with loved ones. Ìý

Happy holidays and a very happy new year.

Ìý

Sincerely,

Jeremy Haefner
