The 澳门娱乐场 is excited to announce its first cohort of Public Impact Fellows. The program is a partnership between the Office of Research and Graduate Education and the Division of Marketing and Communications. The two-year fellowship program will give faculty access to training for disseminating scholarship and research to public venues including how best to utilize blogs, radio, television, op-eds and social media.
The inaugural group kicked-off with their first meeting on Tuesday, April 17 and will meet regularly for group training workshops as well as individual consultations. More than 50 faculty applied for 20 available slots. The group was carefully selected to encompass the diverse disciplines on our campus, access all ranks of the faculty lines and to span as large of a demographic group as possible from the available pool.
Over the course of the year, there will be opportunities for the community to engage with the cohort at presentations and networking events.
