Time Off

��ֳ� offers many leave programs, as well as:

15 days of vacation a year
12 sick days a year
Seven holidays along with five days during winter break

Tuition Waiver

The tuition waiver is designed to enable benefited employees and retirees, their spouses and partners, and/or their dependent children under the age of 25 to enroll in for-credit courses at the ��ֳ� with reduced or no tuition charges.��

Retirement Plan

After a year of service, ��ֳ� will match your 4 percent contributions to the��University retirement plan��with an 8 percent match, for a combined contribution equal to 12 percent of your appointed salary.
